We are looking for a talented and responsive Social Media and Content Specialist to manage our LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram accounts. The ideal freelancer will create engaging, high-level top-of-funnel content that explains real estate investing in hotel rooms in Dubai bundled into Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). This role also includes writing and managing a high-level email newsletter and participating in content planning meetings.


Responsibilities:


  • Content Creation: Develop and implement content strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram. Produce engaging posts, articles, and multimedia content that explain the benefits and process of investing in single-family plots and SPVs.

  • Social Media Management: Maintain and grow our social media presence by scheduling regular posts, monitoring engagement, and responding promptly to comments and messages.

  • Responsive Posting: Quickly create and share content about business events, activities, and partnerships. Ensure that all time-sensitive updates and announcements are communicated effectively across all platforms.

  • Community Engagement: Foster and engage with our online community, building relationships with followers and potential investors. Respond to inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

  • Email Newsletter Management: Create and manage a high-level email newsletter. Write compelling content that keeps our subscribers informed about company news, investment opportunities, and industry insights.

  • Content Planning Meetings: Participate in team content meetings to plan and strategize upcoming content and campaigns.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate or investment sectors.

  • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality written and visual content.

  • Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to real-time content needs.

  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and email marketing platforms.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
